Whether it's keeping in touch with family, accessing MyGov, online banking, booking appointments or shopping online, being able to use technology confidently, and safely, has never been more important. At Varsity Lakes Community Resource Centre, we're here to help. Our free Digital Literacy Sessions are held every Thursday from 12.00pm to 1.00pm, providing a relaxed and welcoming space where you can build practical digital skills at your own pace. Along the way, you'll learn how to recognise scams, protect your personal information and feel more confident navigating the online world. If you need more personalised assistance, we also offer free oneon-one appointments tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're setting up a new device, navigating online services, using email or learning how to spot suspicious messages, our friendly team is here to support you. There really is no such thing as a silly question. We also help people develop Person Centred Emergency Preparedness Plans, creating practical plans that reflect your health, support needs and personal circumstances, so you're better prepared before an emergency occurs.
