If you are struggling with this digital landscape and would like to learn more, consider joining other seniors at Retired OnLine’s computer club. Retired OnLine Inc. is a Gold Coast computer club established in October 2000 to assist seniors with various aspects of computer use, enhancing their confidence and competency. These skills enable them to travel, maintain connections with friends and family, shop, bank, learn, and more, all from home. Members support each other in understanding this complex technology. If you are new to using a computer, please do not feel alone. Membership provides access to individuals who are willing and able to help you become proficient in various computing aspects. Meetings are held twice a month, featuring guest speakers or members discussing topics such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Apple iPads, iPhones, Android Tablets, and Android Mobile phones. Meetings are held at the Palm Beach Share & Care Centre, 31 Tenth Avenue, Palm Beach. They are on the first and third Monday of each month, all year round from 10:30am – 12:00noon.
