Our laundromat is equipped with a new 23kg dryer featuring a reversing direction function, specifically designed to prevent bulky items from bundling up, ensuring even drying. Fast and Convenient Washing - Our large commercial washing machines make the process quick and efficient - each wash takes only 24 minutes. We provide soap, softener, and sanitiser with every load, so you can be confident your bedding is hygienically cleaned. Efficient Drying Solutions - Drying your items takes around 40 minutes using the medium heat setting. Please note, we do not recommend drying doonas on a hot setting to help preserve their quality. The festive season has come and gone, and as we step into the new year, we need to keep focus on keeping Oxenford a safe and connected community. Your home and your neighbourhood should always feel secure, and working together we can make that happen. Let’s take that little bit of extra time to look out for one another, report anything suspicious, and share helpful tips to prevent crime. A strong community is a safe community, and that is our Oxenford! New Year Safety Tips • Secure Your Home: Take the time now to double-check locks on doors and windows. Oxenford Neighbourhood Watch Consider installing security screens or smart locks for extra peace of mind. Did you know, there are devices that alert if windows or doors are opened. • Dispose of Packaging Carefully: Boxes from expensive gifts can attract unwanted attention. Cut them up and place them inside your recycling bin. Be sure to destroy any identifying information like mail labels. • Stay Alert Online: Be cautious of phishing emails and scams, especially those pretending to be from delivery companies, banks and telcos. Be alert to online scams via social media platforms or unsolicited phone calls. • Light It Up: Ensure outdoor areas are well-lit to deter intruders. Motion sensor lights are a great option. • Know Your Neighbours: A friendly wave or quick chat helps build trust and keeps everyone informed about what’s normal in the area. They may be the closer person for you to turn to in times of trouble. If you are a regular or if you have never been before, make our first meeting of 2026 your time to attend, say G’day and meet others from within our community, meetings are very informative. Our Next Meeting • Date: Tuesday, 10 February • Time: 7:00pm sharp • Location: The Meeting Place, 25 Leo Graham Way, Oxenford We’d love to see you there! Your input and presence make a real difference. She’s the kind of dog who will happily slot into most households, as long as she gets what matters most to her: love, comfort, and a place right by your side. Molly adores her toys and is more than capable of entertaining herself. Despite her playful side, Molly is also very content just being part of the home and relaxing indoors. Molly is looking to be the only dog in the household; she’s not interested in making doggy friends. For this reason, she’s best suited to a home that avoids off-leash areas and dog parks.
